  • Apple Sign-In: We collect the encrypted email address provided by Apple when you authenticate using your Apple ID.

  • Google Sign-In: We collect the email address provided by Google when you authenticate using your Google account. Additionally, we receive your name from Google; however, we do not use this information.

• No Additional Data: No additional personal data is collected.

 

2. Use of Data

Your data is used solely to create and manage your user account in our Firestore database. We do not use your data for marketing or tracking purposes.

 

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

 

• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your data with third parties.

• Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

 

4. Data Storage and Security

 

• Storage Location: All data is stored securely in the Firestore database located in Europe.

• Security Measures: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

 

5. Data Deletion

 

• Account Deletion: When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed and cannot be retrieved.

• In-App Data Deletion: Deleted data within the app is also permanently removed.

  • ​Apple Sign-in: As we do not store identifiable personal data from users that login, beyond the encrypted email, we are unable to provide users with their data upon request.

  • Google Sing-in: You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, which includes only the email address and name provided during authentication via Google. To request this information, please contact us at tracktwotrace@gmail.com.

• Data Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and associated data at any time.

7. International Data Transfers

All data is stored within the European Union. We do not transfer your data to other countries.

8. App Availability

​

We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time. If this occurs, all user data will be permanently deleted.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy
